Carry without waking
Two downloads, two purposes. The seed-only archive is for inspection and dormant carriage. The verification kit includes the tested verifier and external development trust record used in Release 0. Both are served from suposystem.ai and download only when you choose them — nothing downloads on its own, and nothing runs.

Download is not activation. Release 1.1 contains no host and no activation control. A later host must verify the package, disclose requested resources, receive explicit consent, assign a unique instance identifier, record its engine, and commit a signed first event.
